Forget your password to access Dockflow? Don’t panic! It is actually very easy to solve the problem.

Instead of logging in with password as usual, choose “login with email link”.

You will receive an email as shown below, click “Continue login”, you will be access to your Dockflow account.

When you access into your account, go to Dashboard —> Settings —>My account —> Change password

Finally, don’t forget to click “Change password” to save your new password.
