In the platform, you have the flexibility to create customized dashboard views and schedule reports to keep track of your trade flows, containers, and flags. This feature allows you to export data for specific views and receive scheduled reports via email. Follow these steps to set up a dashboard view and optionally delete scheduled reports:

Step 1: 🚀 Create a Dashboard View

1. Access the Dashboard: Start by logging into your platform account and navigating to the dashboard section.
2. Select or Create a View: Choose an existing view or create a new one by clicking on the "Create View" button.
3. Configure the View: Customize your dashboard view by selecting the columns and filters you want to include. You can arrange the data to match your preferences and requirements.

Step 3: 📅 Schedule Reports

1. Access the Actions Menu: In the upper right corner of the dashboard view, you'll find the "Actions" menu.
2. Schedule Report: Click on the "Schedule Report" option. A new window will appear, showing existing scheduled reports on the left and settings for a new report on the right.
3. Create a New Scheduled Report: To set up a new scheduled report, click the "Create New Scheduled Report" button on the lower left side of the screen.
4. Configure Report Settings:
   • Recipient Selection: If you're an admin, you can select a specific user to whom this report should be sent. Regular users won't have this option.
   • Set Delivery Schedule: Choose the day and time when you want to receive this report via email.
5. Save Your Settings: Once you've configured your scheduled report settings, click "Save" to set up the schedule.

Optional: 🗑️ Delete Scheduled Reports

1. Access the Actions Menu Again: Return to the "Actions" menu in the upper right corner of the dashboard view.
2. Delete a Scheduled Report: Click on the "Delete" option next to the scheduled report you wish to remove from the list.

Keep in mind that scheduled reports will export the data that is currently visible in the selected view. If you modify the view by adding or removing columns or applying different filters, these changes will be reflected in the scheduled reports.
